Successful book fair highlights need for libraries in Somalia

Between Integration and Fragmentation

On October 23, 2014 a two member team from the Heritage Institute for Policy Studies (HIPS) attended a three-day conference dubbed “Federalism in Somalia” organized by HESPI and IGAD in Addis Ababa.
